    AP - I would spend a small lot on RES - average down, but yes, I tend to agree - I think investment in property at current interest rates & the buyers market, is the way forward. I have just done the same & picked up a bargin...that is of course if the housing market doesnt continue to drop at a large rate??

    RES is a good buy currently.
