Yibin and CATL are connected but the point is CATL is not invested directly and Huayou chose not to push ahead with AVZ. Why? If it had customers for DRC lithium lined up then it wouldn’t have done that
Need to understand that DRC lithium is a separate marker with fewer prospective off takers than you think due to the levels of risk inc PR risk
yes AVZ will get full offtake and buyers, but references to Tesla and global demand and being able to dominate the global lithium market are spin divorced from reality
