Imo it won't necessarily be re-rated by a specific news event. Most news will just mean traders playing again.
Wonarah is a quality asset and large players are definitely looking.
Personally i'm thinking takeover. A lot of fertilizer producers are/will be looking to the future with the aim of securing long term supply of rp. Can't see a better time than now to pickup a bargain before fertilizer prices recover too much.
