So what is the feeling out there ? Will you guys be taking up the offer given that the share price is trading at the issue price ? There is no benefit.
I think the long termers will take it up as they will take the "all in" approach. not so sure about the recent holders. Its a shame this had to come now but it may also have been done this way to coincide with another announcement / AGM etc. What looks to be a crap rights issue may turn out to be the last opportunity at this price (who knows).
It would be good for someone to contact the company and try to sort out what position they are really in though.
Oh, and I will take up the issue !
