    ”inner circle” more of the same crap I’ve heard for 4 years

    the “inner circle” ain’t buying, huayou ain’t interested and what happened to the other “players” who were supposed to be jostling

    its an outstanding resource but there are reasons so many don’t want to commit. What do the Instos know that we don’t know that prevents them from buying on market? If the fundamentals were so great why were the cap raises so poor and highly dilutive

    all of the above is my opinion
