Hello fellow Firefinch holders,

What a month its been, we've gone from a Li explorer with a great asset and very little cash and little hope of doing anything with it for 1-2 years whilst having to raise cash multiple times at depressed prices, whilst maybe getting a royalty over Koting for a few million (realistically reducing 1 raise), not something you get overly excited about but hold onto hope that something out of the blue happens.....

Well that's just what happened, no we didn't do a royalty deal with Barrick, we negotiated a transformational deal were we buy the whole thing for $30m, I say that's a deal of a lifetime for any junior, some specs with nothing but some untested land are valued at more than that figure and 95% will go on to do nothing but drain speculative investors hoping for the next big thing.

We get so much for so little, basically paying for the tailings and some rehab and getting everything else for free (plant, pit, land package, infrastructure etc etc) sure there are some risks (execution for me) but the game is all about risk v reward and if you wanna be in the gold business when historically we are entering a new paradigm in prices then I'm betting the reward outweighs the risk by many multiples.

Our management team has done a fantastic job in navigating an extremely difficult period for our company (past 1-2 years), I never thought this would eventuate and I'm sure most others were the same, so kudos were its due, I'm confident in the good Doc executing this well, and the result should be us producing 150k oz pa for next 10years+, you've seen the figures of what that looks like from our learned friend in @Ubique13 etc , its mind-blowing.

As I type we are 4mil oversubscribed, wow that says it all.

Don't forget the World class Li project, this will be an extremely valuable asset in 1-2 years and we can wait and get the best deal possible, I'm pinching myself and an so fortunate and grateful to be here.
