imo the potential of FML has not changed.
infact its probably increased. the return to current holder has or will be halved. we will got from approx 1.25billion shares to 2.5billion shares. and i agree that is a massive decrease. ofcourse the more you paid for the shares the more you'll feel it also. in that i 100% sympathise with longer term holders. it sucks, its happened to me in other plays, it really sucks.


BUT, the potential of FML has not changed.
i perhaps am a lucky one in this instance, i entered only recently below 3cents. I will buy more in the placement, it will reduce my average and i believe the company looks as well positioned as ever. ofcourse my initial holding is going to be diluted by 50% and that still sucks.


wether others take part is an entirely personal choice.
it depends on many factors. some may cut and run now, some may average down and look at getting out as fast as they can stem their losses and others may start buying big time. its all personal decisions and i wish everyone luck with watever they choose.


two things may present in the near future though,
if the SP holds at 2cents+ post issue of shares then the company is worth twice as much and although your returns per share will be diluted 50% you may have the opportunity to get out at the same price you could of over the past weeks. 2.2 - 2.7 cents.

secondly if the SP plummets to 1cent then you will have the opportunity to increase your holding and average down your cost whilst your new shares would not not technically diluted as the buy in cost has also halved and you could buy twice as many for the same outlay.


just putting it out there incase some people are disillusioned by these events. as i said i've seen it before. theres no guessing which way this one will turn out but have you game plan ready for any situation. stem your losses or take advantage of an opportunity.


for the record, and i hope i'm right, i think this will hold up pretty well. i'm still expecting an ann over the next month. fingers crossed hey.
