What makes you say that is "most likely"? Most hopeful, perhaps. Most likely is that the rig they have booked has run over schedule on its previous booking. It happens on approximately every single drilling campaign Ive seen.
A bit of patience, it shouldn't be too long, but I would certainly not expect they have started drilling prior to announcing it.
