Hazen produce carbonate...from...the chloride produced by Lilac (pilot plant).
The pilot plant results (larger samples) from Lilac are yet to be revealed. Only the Lilac Lab bench tests (smaller samples) were revealed (see Ann 09 JAN 2020).
It’s a simple tap on the head to comprehend...period.
