So you are in good company my friend ....and even more in control than one would argue as being a Top 20 who only hold 20.70% of the entire available stock.

So if 20.70% are holding an average of 16,466,743 shares , then what is the average holding balance from the remaining 70.07% of the 1,444,192,859 in this 90.77 % category.

And it's not a trick question because it is simply calculated as ( .7007 x 1,444,192,859 ) / 1846 shareholders. = 548,183 average holding from the remaining holders who are holding 90.77% of the company.

So this fellow / Gal would hold 18.57% above the average holding balance.....
