Trevor wasn't elected so he has to step down at AGM.
Rules 19.2 and 19.3 of the Company’s Constitution provides that a director appointedby the Board either as an addition to the existing Directors or to fill a casual vacancy holds office until the conclusionof the company’s next annual general meeting and is eligible for re-election.
