I doubt that would be the case. The administrator would not be governed by what the banks want and they would have to stand in line. The administrator is bound to getting the best possible value for the assets and selling the assets would not be any faster than appears to be happening at this stage. The administration threat is probably aimed at a fast decision from the FIRB and as such it could prove useful. My tip is the sale gets done and we get the 80c+ and those selling now may have slept easier but will not be happy in the final wash up. I'm holding.
