Look guys, I am holding this stock for the last few months and can see great potential in their coming projects. I have read complete announment today. Look in my view 2.3B SOI is not a huge issue considering there are number of companies having SOI significantly higher then GLA. E.g is MGT, DDD etc. What this announcement giving me impression is that management have some type of known consideration for example a major investment from someone etc it looks more to me behind the scene deal post consolidation, otherwise i cant see any reason for consolidation at this level. I can be wrong but knows one thing. Consolidations are risky,looks like company would not go for it without knowing what is coming.
