Great presentation for Chalice Gold Mines last night.

It was much the same material as what was shown at Diggers & Dealers but he was more confident and enthusiastic in his delivery. I don't know if it was due to the Kalgoorlie heat and/or late time slot at D&D, but this time Alex nailed it. I'm already overweight in my CHN holdings but half way through, I was questioning whether I should be buying more.

I can not recall all the finer points (Hopefully they release a recording soon) but they are very excited about the DD hole into Conductor X, (which he did not elaborate on for obvious reasons) In WA, state forests were open to mining (Which I think was directed at recent concerns) And that they are very keen to get into test Hartog which he believes will be another step change in the Companies direction.

At the end of a very positive presentation, Jacob Willoughby did ask that despite all the success Chalice are having, what keeps Alex awake at night, Alex said it was their close proximity to Perth, which may present some issues for a mining operation in the future, but assured Jacob that they are working very hard to gain the trust of all concerned parties involved and will do whatever is required of them to make it happen. On the flip side, this is also a huge positive too, with being so close to excellent infrastructure and ports.

Overall, I think it was Alex's best interview to date. Definitely gave me no reasons to doubt the continued success of the company.
