The kava company increased revenue 400% from 2019 to 2020FY ($180k to $766k). Margins on sales about 25%. Loss for FY20 $3.8 mill. I would assume the market for kava is less exponential than our rapid test devices. Mind you, perhaps I will personally add a lot to the kava revenue going forward.

Now what has the kava share price done.... increased 350% in the last four months.

AT1, revenue increased 10 times from 2019 to 2020 (540k to $5.4 mil), margins 65%. Loss for the FY was about 2 times the revenue. Kava loss was 5 times the revenue. AT1 projected to increase revenue by 400% this year on top of the 1000% of last year. And has moved into profitability right now.

And AT1 share price... no, it did not increase 350%, it fell down 25%. Why did not I not invest into a loss making kava company the value of my holding would be $4.50 for every $1 in invested. Instead the AT1 investment of $1 is worth only 75 cents.

This week for AT1 will be amazingly telling. The news we expect should rocket the share price (well, at least back to 36-38). If there is some bad news that Mr Market knew about (prompting the share price crash) then I will be making some waves. Us retailers deserve to make our own decisions based on all market sensitive info being IN THE MARKET.

I am sticking my my guns... my valuation of AT1 - which is eerily similar to Canaccord. We holders are invested, right now, in a 1 to 1.2 cents eps (profitable) company, which is GROWING and in an explosive market. The quarterly needs to confirm all the positive news.

I think it will, but as De Niro would say
