It looks like PES will accept the BG bid if AOE/Shell doesn't counter-offer this morning.The main talk on the AOE forum yesterday is about AOE now focusing on buying out BPT's share of Tipton West.I heard talk two weeks ago of BG also interested in Tipton West.The AOE forum is also discussing this possible development.Speculation only.
