Yes, Glenn made very good money on the sales of assets to Centro from New Plan Realty, but remember it was Centro that chased him to acquire those properties in the first place and accepted the sale conditions at 'arms length'. It was then Centro that begged him to head up their global operations after Andrew Scott's demise. If it weren't for Glenn we wouldn't even see Centro alive today imo.

He is here because he knows the assets, the market, and the Company better than anybody else alive (including the Banks). He is also the guy that turned around a very nearly bankrupt KMart in the US and is one of the most pre-eminent Professors of Real Estate in the US.

BTW, have you read the KGB Interrogation from the Business Spectator back in May 2008 - it a very good read and might provide further insight for you imo.
