    I think it is any one's guess who are looking to get involved.Although no one has mentioned them being interested,I would not be surprised to see VALE involved as they mine huge amounts of Itabirite and ship to Europe,I think they signed a 10 or 20 year contract to supply ArcelorMittal only a couple of weeks ago.
