i cant see a t/o happening. PBT are just a victim of bad timing. If a pharma cant get finance to fund a partnership then surely they arent going to get $ for a t/o as that would require more wouldnt it?? unless they decide to buy and shelve Phase 3. IMO it may take several months before anything happens ie until the banks start lending again......
