The Tassie properties are not only moose pasture, but third rate moose pasture at that. The NSW stuff is arguably worse-Kintore is of moderate exploration interest in the west.
And they want vendor consideration of $4m-pigs bottom? No wonder the prospectus closing has been extended.
I posted earlier that Terry is a mean tough astute so and so, this document confirms his lack of generosity-pass.

(PS If you go through the history of the Zinc project you will find that Terry promoted a Canadian second board stock to develop it which failed. Prioe to that it was farmed out to a major,(Name escapes me), who eventually withdrew-it has been around for a while. It ain't no virgin discovery, and why hasn't it been developed earlier-very good question that !)
