Now Rufrano is being paid to run Centro, so it is incumbent on him to now do his best for Centro.

The Directors, the Banks that I have spoken to, the Centro Shareholders Association, and other industry notables have all stated that Rufrano is probably the best qualified person to salvage the Centro Properties Group.

Plenty of companies bought assets at the top of the tree, plenty of traders bought shares at the top of the tree. We don't know what the real estate & property market has in store for us, but I for one feel much more confident with Rufrano at the helm than anybody else than I can think of.
