if you are after saints to lead the company I wouldn't be looking at Peter or Karl. I do believe they have the type of dog in them to drive the growth of this company. It is not easy and you need to have a fair measure of that. Without them there would be no LVT. Not sure why all the whingers keep on complaining about them when it is pretty clear how they roll. $8m is a lot of money but decent momentum in ARR and it will look immaterial in terms of SP movement. Witness Friday's 16% and $30m of EV just on the hint of a strong quarter. Fingers crossed for Tuesday. Sounds promising. I am not a long term hold given integrity concerns with Karl and Peter and therefore the culture they are building, but do think there is a great opportunity to ride a re-rate on this one over the next 12-24 months. Going in with eyes firmly open.
