It's a whine to pose legitimate (and obvious) questions about a large and barely explained payment? Why do people act like any questioning of a company is a personal attack them as a shareholder?
Do you know why LVT paid $8m for what appears to be a dispute between a founder and his brother? If so, please fill the rest of us in. If not, you should be asking the same questions @glendronach was asking.
