    I think you're right Aussie Joe - what we're seeing today is some parties deliberately stirring the market to push the price down e.g. even if probability of MinMet success is only 50%, it is far more attractive to pick the shares up at, say, 40c (and double your money) than say 60c and only get 35% or so back. Can't help but thinking that the buyers/MinMet are not using the chance to screw OZL - as a buyer I would take max advantage of OZL's self-imposed desperation!
