I agree with you, wholeheartedly, the S&P ASX 200 and 300 mining index has been in a strong uptrend since 2017 gauging how the 'Top end" money is flowing nicely, however there is still good value at the top to be had. Money will still flow into there until it looks 'Fair Value' in price. Then it will filter down to HCH street. still a long way to go, I too hope HCH goes down the explorer to producer route, it is the perfect time to explore that business option, early in the new upward mining/resource cycle. Just my 2 cents.
