Redmond08, It is not like other places are in the same. I can give you example of CHINA. I was holidaying there for 4 months and other things there.
The units there are about 5 to 10 times the above the wages. Do not even mention houses, you will be paying more than 10 times your salary.
The people still buy their own place to live over in CHINA.
It is just matter of fact, people still buy regardless if they must have a roof over their head. Not everyone is a savvy property investor. They are just simple everyday people that want a roof over their head.
