only a small percent have good jobs and salarys, so yes housing against average wage is very high when the population earns peanuts..
the fact is, over seas are worse off than us remember? everyoen saying australia wont be as bad as rest of world.
so if they cant afford to buy house's in their own neck of the woods that have tumbled more than ours to date, why are they going to buy in australia which is the most expensive in the world?
