So the government delayed announcing reopening provisions by a day pending the outcome of test results. I could understand some consternation had no further test results been announced. That's not the situation. Subsequent test results have been announced with zero new cases. If this is the time you've decided to embrace pessimism then it's a pretty strange decision, but that's a matter for you.
