I feel like the reason its getting so much air time in parliament is all part of it nearing its approval. Why now is it such a hot topic for these MP's when its been sitting with NOPTA for so long. IMO this is just the last effort to bring attention to PEP11 as it nears its completion, so when it does get approved these MPs can all hand on heart say 'Well, we tried. Its not us but these guys who agreed. Go harass them now'.
