At the end of the day surely LOGIC prevails.
On known PUBLIC info the following are FACTS
BAD FACTS
(1) The REIT sector is savaged because of HIGH DEBT and rising CAP rates
(2) Most trusts are global and the bad news travels fast
GOOD FACTS (GMG)
(1) operational profit
(2) High occupancy....98% and 96%
(3) TIER 1 industrial assets
(4) Capital adequacy....sees signs of a turnaround in the UK
(5) Rejected out of hand a DRP (I was so surprised by that)
