Yeah no doubt it's been a long slog if you have been in for that long, but the error was probably in going in 6+ year ago, when the investment thesis was built on 'potential'. If you had to time it perfectly, you'd be getting in now at these basement prices. The thesis is now premised on actual cash flow that the company has started harvesting. Any growth is a bonus.

I'm not sure if it is being held back because someone is building a position, but as has been stated here before, when the shackles are removed I expect the re-rate to be very swift. You probably won't have time to pick much up when it does happen.

My expectation is north of 0.5+ this time next year.
