From the ASX announcement: "The sale of shares was approved by the Company’s Board"
Either the board are naively incompetent or just didn't care that approving the sale of such a large amount of shares by the CEO in a single tranche would adversely effect the stock price. Hope one of our institutional investors ask some rather candid questions of the board at the upcoming AGM.
