I find it amusing that ASX demanded that the full independent expert report be release as it could be misleading to the market rather than the summary. And now have published selected extracts from the VISA AML Suspension but not publishing the full report.
Regardless if ASX have found the smoking gun and caught ISX out, is the market not informed so we can start trading again?
I am not an experienced trader, but I have never seen the ASX go through such an exhaustive process and great lengths to obtain evidence to support their position. I would be interested to hear of any other companies the ASX has gone to these lengths to prove a point.
