Unless i'm getting my wires crossed, ISX told the market that they didn't know why the relationship with Visa was suspended. Its pretty clear that Visa suspended it over AML concerns/behaviours/risk (nobody has found that ISX has breached AML rules) and ISX knew this.
Why not just come out and say "Visa suspended us for AML reasons, but we dispute these reasons beacuse of x,y,z" rather than "We were suspended from Visa and weren't told why". ISX knew why Visa supsended that relationship. It was AML reasons and that is fact. As a shareholder it doen't feel nice to be lied to. Its disingenuos at best.
ISX not being investigated by AUSTRAC is beside the point. ISX knew why the relationship with Visa was suspended.
