    I don’t get your point. This won’t help ASX in court, they’re still looking to justify the original suspension, anyone with half a brain can see that. This issue is a mile after the suspension. Also don’t forget the ASX independent expert agreed with ISX disclosures on the VISA issue, hardly helps ASX arguments on this issue in court.
