No the ASX still has communicated the issue satisfactorily to the market. You don't routinely suspend companies just because you have a hunch something may be wrong and you've been given the powers to suspend.

If the market operates 'efficiently' by the ASX routinely suspending companies as it wishes, then we are in serious trouble.

Other than rumours about the performance share milestones not being validly met from OM and "a number of issues concerning ISX", no one really knows exactly why ISX was suspended. We don't have a reason that carries enough weight to justify suspension as the best course of action at the time. There was some fluff about it being in consultation with ASIC which we all now know wasn't true.
