    The evidence for ASX claim that the VISA issue is a disclosure breach should be in the next 4C (if one is released)

    Revenue up or the same, I think it's fair to say ISX's disclosures were sufficient in that VISA is not material to ISX business. If it's not material, what's the disclosure issue?
