This is the critical issue in my mind also.... the ASX investigation is live and extending IMO.... continually trying to find the elusive smoking gun with which to delist ISX. Yet this latest Ann. presents a series of small but important issues relating to disclosure, and this has been the central theme throughout the last (almost)13 months.

In isolation, this latest announcement is significant as it does show some evidence of dubious disclosure or non-disclosure of actual facts which are material in nature, eg the termination of ISX as a Visa service with the allegation that ISX programs were not efficacious. To my thinking, this is serious, and the non-disclosure of the Visa allegations is equally serious.

In the greater context of the Letters of Query, it can be seen as merely the ongoing efforts to seek for a conclusive reason to delist ISX. What this hopes to achieve though is a mystery to me. ISX would not be disabled from doing business in Aus and especially wrt NSX trading. Its as if the ASX merely wants to discredit ISX yet has no meaningful accusations and so presents this latest as a finale of their investigations.

I can only pose my meagre understanding and I'm certain others will present a better analysis.

    cheers @Khakisuit, Scott.
