Systems in the top end of Australia get smashed with black mould in the Ac units as the high humidity allows moisture to get into any vulnerable spots on the systems, this is a constant problem, so companies charge approx $65 per meter to clean and seal the internals of the ductwork, some ac units can have 100m of ductwork, this needs to be done every 7-10 years, the M3 system kills the mould and fungi that grow in the ductwork, hence getting rid of this requirement, I know a lot of consultants that will write this into a specific, especially defence and hospital works. Then I can run around and replenish the Natshield every few weeks, 500 machines and I will be guaranteed works for years.
