The smart money started buying last week, with the risk diminishing.

We are entering into a defining moment in the making of VRX Silica. Granting of mining licenses should release a backlog of news and achievements, that have probably been sat waiting for this hurdle to clear.

I think VRX is finally going to get a well deserved re-rating.
