    The deal is down on paper, and no to bad for holders,...
    DCA to acquire MIA for $700 million: DCA offer .408 cash per MIA share plus .225 DCA shares for every MIA share = roughly $1.02, last traded .88. Plus still recieve MIA FY 2004 dividend of not greater than 1.7c

    Now that cant be bad, if you hold,...Taa very much.
