This might turn out to be a big mistake for the finance people, there will not be any one willing to pay the full price, they don't have to.
The value of what they are owed is not the same as what it is worth, the lithium price is on the floor, the demand is not yet up to expected speed. And they may not be earning any money.
Don't forget the customers want certainty not a lame duck supplier.
