It would be interesting to know what Hunan's intentions are with regards to the Long Term Offtake Agreement. I note the below clauses:

1.4 (f) "Timetable The Offtake Agreements were entered into on 18 June 2020. The Short Term Offtake Agreement is for 2020. The Long Term Offtake Agreement is for the period 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025."

1.5 (x) "Termination Either Party may terminate the Long Term Offtake Agreement if standard insolvency circumstances persist after written notice has been given to the other party."
