Capital H remains very bullish on SCL, as far as I am aware.
SCL has 1.47 billion shares on issue, circa $6M cash in hand (post the Faria Deal) and ARR of $4.4M AUD (1 USD to 1.44 AUD) as of the end of the June 2020 quarter. The strategic partnership with Faria is the core catalyst. I believe fair value is 7-10x FY21e ARR if the Faria integration results in a step-change in growth, for a market capitalisation of $42M to $60M AUD, corresponding to a fair value share price range of 2.8c to 4c.
Next 6 months will be very exciting for Schrole Group.
