    The way i see it...
    Visa, asked ISX about their AML procedures. ( maybe due to the asx problems or the other companies that were failing)
    ISX said there is no problem here. ( But did they actually share their AML procedures?)
    Visa said not good enough, goodbye!
    Did ISX Disclose this to the market???? I suspect not!
