Yeah, we have to get the Chinese influence/controlling ownership into the Dubbo project some how, it's the only way it will get off the ground.
For all the smoke blown by the Australian Government about critical minerals they still don't have the balls to put their money where their mouth is, much prefer to blow their cash on a consultants report, subsidies for farmers or white elephant infrastructure that can be sold off to the Chinese.
