Id set a target of $17 odd, with the rare buying underneath, but its largely governed by market sentiment rather than anything else.
I know we are coming out of lockdown, but the market sentiments cant be good focussing on europe. All COVID needs is an open state border, and a few people to thumb their nose at the testing process and this will quickly end up out of hand again.
Look at europe. They were satisfied things were under control, until they werent.
