I thought i might help up by clearing up what insolvency actually is

Insolvency occurs when a company gets to the stage that they are not able to pay their debts as and when they fall due. (see s95A Corporations Act if you dont believe me.

The size of the debt relative to assets is irrelevant.

Therefore, since MAE's debts arent due atm they are not insolvent!
