Mate, you are clearly out of your depth here. Look at pages 4 and 5 of the announcement. Their mines in SA produced 86,000 oz in Q1 2020 at an overall AISC of $1107.
Underground mining at Mponeng accounted for 49,000 oz at an AISC of $1087.
Meanwhile, surface operations produced 37,000 oz at an AISC of $1137.
And 49,000 oz underground from Mponeng + 37,000 oz from surface operations = 86,000 oz.
So your claim that 90,000 oz were produced by surface and waste rock to get an AISC of $1087 oz is just plain false.
