As it is still impossible due to Covid to travel to Perth it is going to be extremely difficult for one of our representatives to be present at the AGM. A proxy provided to the Chair will provide the Board with more power. At the present time i am being assisted by a number of top 20 shareholders in discussions with AV & SS. i have emailed AV & SS concerning the reasoning about how the Board determined the level of the Benchmarks and are awaiting a reply. Our discussions with the Board may entail sensitive information that i do not believe is right to place on a public forum such as HC. We are trying to reach a compromise that is fair to the shareholders and to the Board. I ask that under the circumstances that you trust that we will do the best for all our shareholders. In relation to voting prior to the AGM i believe that it is best to not vote untill we have completed our discussions with the Board. You have until the Saturday before the AGM to cast a vote at our share registry. In relation to voting it is more important than ever that everyone votes at this AGM no matter how many shares that you hold. Every vote counts. I believe that an announcement will be made by the Board if the Benchmarks for the performance rights are changed. If there is no announcement made then please assume that the Board has decided to keep the Benchmarks as they are in the resolutions.
